Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fuel ("Fuel," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your profile information current. Usernames and display names must not impersonate others or violate third-party rights.

Fuel supports fans, entertainers (drivers, tracks, and similar personas), content creators, affiliates, and team members who help manage entertainer pages. Features available to you depend on the role(s) you select and any additional verification or onboarding steps we require.

Platform administrator access is granted by invitation only and is not available for self-selection.

Fans may follow entertainers for free and may purchase paid subscription tiers offered by individual entertainers. Prices, benefits, and billing intervals are set by each entertainer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment partners we designate. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the tier you select until you cancel through your account or Stripe billing tools where applicable.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Entertainers are responsible for the content and perks they offer to subscribers.

Creators may offer photos, videos, and similar digital content for purchase. Creators are responsible for rights clearance, accurate descriptions, and lawful content.

Payouts to entertainers and creators may require identity verification, tax information, and valid bank details. We may withhold or delay payouts to comply with law, resolve disputes, or address fraud concerns.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Fuel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your content and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.

You may not use the Service to harass others, post illegal or exploitative material, distribute malware, scrape the Service without permission, circumvent access controls, manipulate metrics, or engage in fraud.

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for users, partners, or the platform.

The Service integrates with third parties such as authentication providers, payment processors, identity verification vendors, email delivery services, and analytics tools. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices.

Fuel maintains a data partnership with MyRacePass for certain motorsports data features. Third-party sites and services linked from the Service are not under our control.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for content posted by users or entertainers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUEL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
