Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Fuel account from the mobile app (or the website) and what happens to your data. It is provided for transparency and Google Play account-deletion requirements. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself while signed in. Use these steps in the Fuel mobile app (the same flow is available on the website):

Open the Fuel app.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Account, then open Manage account.
In the Danger zone section, select Delete my account.
Type delete my account to confirm, then confirm deletion.

If you cannot access your account, contact us at legal@fuel.app and we will help you with a deletion request.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify personal account data associated with you, including:

Your login credentials and authentication profile
Profile information such as display name and username
Account settings and notification preferences
Active sessions and devices tied to your account

Active subscriptions tied to your account are canceled as part of deletion.

What data may be retained

Some information may remain after account deletion when we have a legitimate need or legal obligation to keep it, including:

Content you authored on entertainer or team pages (for example posts or comments) may stay visible under those pages unless it is removed separately
Transaction, payout, tax, or billing records required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance
Limited logs or records needed to investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, or comply with law enforcement requests

Retained information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
